Rules and Regulations
We require full minimum payment at time of booking. Groups can pay by credit card over the phone. Reservations are not considered valid without full payment. Payment must be received and Agreement sheet must be signed before groups will be allowed to enter their site.
Party sites are available 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Arrival time is not before 6:00 PM and shut down no later than 11:00 PM. Absolutely no exceptions. It is crucial for us to have the time beforehand to clean up and organize the sites.
Groups must schedule hayrides at the time of booking. We can only do 4 hayrides per hour. 20-25 adults per wagon. Group must be on time for the hayride or the ride will be shorter. Rides are approximately 30 to 45 minutes long.
Any fees incurred the night of the party, (for example, if groups have more people in attendance than the minimum for their site) will be invoiced and billed to the group contact on file. Payment will be required within 10 business days after event date. Payments can also be made the night of event with check or credit card.
Payment will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the date of the party. If the event is booked less than 30 days in advance no money will be refunded.
Groups must call in 3 hours before party and speak with the Evening Party Manager or office personnel. Leaving a voicemail does not qualify you for a refund. It has to be raining on the farm in order to reschedule or cancel with refund.
This is needed for all companies, churches, schools, party planners, rental services, and caterers.
In compliance with City of Noblesville Noise Ordinances, all bands/DJs must shut down music at 11:00 PM. Please be courteous to other groups with noise level. Larger groups may want to rent both the Barn Loft and the Stable for this purpose. Noise ordinance violations will be the responsibility of the rental party. Music selections must be family friendly and/or censored versions. Any vulgar or offensive music is not allowed and will be asked to be changed. If guests/DJs do not comply, music privileges will be lost.
1. Anyone under 18 years of age must be chaperoned at all times. One adult per 10 children in attendance is required.
2. No swimming in any waterways on the property.
3. No smoking in any of the barns or in the hayride wagons.
4. No glass bottles allowed on the hayrides.
5. You agree to assume responsibility for your group should any destructive acts occur to our facility or any guests’ property.
6. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed unless Special Events Insurance is purchased prior to the event.
7. Insurance coverage is mandatory. Stonycreek Farm, Inc. in no way provides liability coverage for the rental parties if they are named in a lawsuit.
Bales of straw are available for rent for $4 each. They may be used for decoration or extra seating. Requests for straw bales must be made at least 7 business days in advance of the event, and must be paid for at the time of request. Bales are not to be broken down or destroyed in anyway, and may not be taken off the property. There is an additional $3 fee for destroyed bales.
The jumping pillow is available for $5 per person from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Jumpers will receive a stamp to show proof of payment, and will be allowed to exit and return to the pillow for the two hour duration. This fee is due prior to jumping. The person in charge of the party must have a totaled number of participants and make payment with a check or credit card at the Info Booth.
